As Managing Director of Franklin Street’s Atlanta leasing team, Sam Krueger focuses on landlord representation in the retail sector for clients in the Georgia market.  His expertise includes strategic marketing, market analysis, site selection, and executing retail leasing transactions.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Krueger served as Leasing Associate for Riverwood Properties in Atlanta, where he specialized in retail strip centers. He also worked as senior facilities coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield.

Mr. Krueger is an active member of several industry trade groups, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Young Atlanta Retail Alliance, ICSC Next Gen Program, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Mr. Krueger is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Finance/Banking and Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Georgia.
