Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate services firm serving diverse clientele from institutional clients to small enterprises and operating nationwide, has moved its Dallas team into Preston Center. The new office, located at 5956 Sherry Lane, Suite 650 Dallas, TX 75225, provides the firm with the opportunity to grow its Dallas presence. Franklin Street first opened its Dallas location in August 2025.

Franklin Street’s Dallas office has grown to eight since August of last year. In addition to a multifamily investment sales team, four team members from Hodges Ward Elliott, the premier hotel boutique real state capital markets advisor, joined the office when Franklin Street acquired HWE in December 2025. The office is more than 4,400 square feet and provides the opportunity to continue to scale the team. Preston Center has long been recognized as a sought-after location due to its proximity to a concentration of capital and services-oriented firms.
