Franklin Street announced it has hired Justin Anstey, a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, as a managing director, head of institutional capital formation. Anstey’s role is focused on capital formation and execution, strengthening the firm’s institutional multifamily platform by pairing origination with dedicated capital markets capabilities to enhance transaction efficiency and expand client solutions.

Anstey previously served as Head of Capital Markets for Stoneweg U.S. He specializes in equity capital formation, joint ventures, and programmatic capital, with a focus on raising institutional and private wealth capital. He has been involved in more than $3 billion of real estate transactions across equity and debt.
