MOBILE, June 5, 2024 – Franklin Street Self-Storage announced today that it has closed the sale of Mobile Storage, a 540-unit, 61,325-net-rentable-square-foot, climate-controlled self-storage facility in Mobile, Ala.
Franklin Street represented the seller, Mississippi-based Anderson Construction. The facility was purchased by an undisclosed buyer.
Newly constructed earlier this year, Mobile Storage is located at 2580 Schillinger Road S., situated on a 4.59-acre lot.
Leading the successful transaction was the Franklin Street Self-Storage Investment Sales team, expertly guided by Senior Directors Frank DeSalvo and David Perlleshi.
