Franklin Street Arranges Sale of 2.13-Acre Self-Storage Development Site in North Carolina

MORGANTON, N.C. (April 20, 2023)Franklin Street has arranged the sale of a 2.13-acre self-storage development site in Morganton, North Carolina.

Franklin Street’s National Self-Storage Team of Frank DeSalvo and David Perlleshi represented the seller, investor Darren Stillwell, in the transaction. The buyer is Texas-based Military & Patriots Investment Group.

The site is approved for a 24,750-net-rentable-square-foot non-climate self-storage facility.

Located at 113 Old Jamestown Road, the site is located near Highway 70, which sees a daily traffic count of 16,500 vehicles. The site benefits from a 5-mile population radius of over 35,000 people.
