Zack McNamara Joins Franklin Street’s Retail Team in Orlando

McNamara brings extensive retail leasing experience to his role as Senior Director

ORLANDO, FL (August 16, 2022) – Franklin Street has added Zack McNamara, CCIM, a retail leasing expert specializing in landlord and tenant representation, to its growing retail leasing team. With a decade of experience working in the Central Florida region, McNamara brings extensive market knowledge and valuable relationships to his position.

As Senior Director of Retail Services, McNamara will assist owners and landlords of shopping centers and other retail assets in maximizing the value of their investment with high quality tenants. He also represents a wide variety of retail tenants in site selection and lease negotiation and has worked with such notable national and regional tenants as Bravo Supermarkets, T-Mobile, Valvoline, Chicken Salad Chick, Hibbett Sports, Dunkin’ and Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers.

McNamara comes most recently from Liberty Universal Management, where he provided leasing services for numerous retail projects across Central Florida. He also has experience working in the property management division with Liberty Universal Management, which today adds valuable perspective to the leasing strategies he develops for clients. Throughout his career so far, he has brokered over $100 million in commercial real estate transactions.

McNamara is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and a graduate of Auburn University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing.
