Danny York has been appointed to president of Franklin Street’s Capital Advisors division.
In his new role with FSCA, York will manage the division’s corporate development efforts and work to establish and maintain debt and equity relationships. York plans to work with clients to improve, enhance and implement an approach for income-producing real estate investments with his teams in Atlanta and Tampa.
York spent the last five years as Franklin Street’s COO, overseeing more than $500 million in annual transactions nationwide. Prior to co-founding Franklin Street in 2006, York worked at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. as an originator and in the multifamily sector of a California-based bank. York earned a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and finance from Florida State. Download PDF
