What Now Atlanta: New Boutiques Opening at Northwest Atlanta’s Ivy Walk

Published By:

Ivy Walk shopping and dining patrons soon will have even more options when it comes to beauty, health, and wellness retailers in Smyrna.

This quaint shopping center, part of one of metro Atlanta’s first true, suburban live work play communities by John Wieland Homes, is filling its storefronts with three new boutiques slated to open in the coming months.

The ink is still drying on the lease signed by F45, a global fitness gym, for its 2,500-square foot space down from M|T|H Pizza. This will be the eighth Atlanta location for the popular workout concept that specializes in high-intensity group workouts.

Also joining the line-up this spring is Soie Hair, an Atlanta-based luxury hair extensions company, marking its first Atlanta location. And Tra’Vani Scalp and Head Spa, a hair salon specializing in treatments for scalp conditions, just recently opened its doors adjacent to Natural Body Spa late last year.

“The health and beauty category is definitely an ideal fit for Ivy Walk residents, where homes sell for more than half-million dollars, as well as the surrounding community, where average household incomes top $138,000,” explains Kaitlyn Theriot, senior associate, retail services, for Franklin Street, the exclusive retail leasing agent for Ivy Walk, an MRE Properties asset managed by Bridge Commercial Real Estate.
