ATLANTA (February 27, 2024) – Franklin Street, a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced Victoria Ferree has joined the firm’s Capital Advisory team, as Director, in Atlanta. In her new role, Victoria will be responsible for providing innovative financing solutions for diverse commercial property portfolios throughout the Southeast region.
With a wealth of experience in tax consulting and commercial lending, Ms. Ferree brings a unique perspective and skillset to the Capital Advisory team. Her career journey started in public accounting, where she specialized in advising clients on various tax mitigation and deferral strategies, helping them retain more working capital in their businesses. Throughout her tenure, Victoria managed tax engagements across all sectors of the commercial real estate industry, demonstrating her comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Ms. Ferree held positions at prominent financial institutions, including Regions Bank and Wells Fargo. At Regions Bank, she played a pivotal role in the Corporate Real Estate division, collaborating with bankers to originate Owner-Occupied Real Estate (OORE) transactions. As Lead Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo, she spearheaded the origination process for investor real estate transactions, showcasing her expertise in commercial lending.
Victoria Ferree is an alumna of Georgia College & State University, where she earned a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration. Her academic background, combined with her practical experience, positions her as a dynamic leader in the field of commercial real estate finance.
