Zack McNamara, CCIM, is a retail leasing specialist focused on providing innovative, effective real estate solutions for owners and occupiers of retail real estate.
As Senior Director of Retail Leasing with Franklin Street in Orlando, Mr. McNamara assists owners and landlords of shopping centers and other retail assets in maximizing the value of their investment with high quality tenants. He also represents a wide variety of retail tenants in site selection and lease negotiation.
With a decade of experience working in the Central Florida retail market, Mr. McNamara brings extensive market knowledge and valuable interpersonal relationships to the Franklin Street team. Throughout his career so far, he has brokered over $100 million in commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, he worked for Liberty Universal Management as a Real Estate Associate, where he provided leasing services for various retail projects across Central Florida. In this role, he worked with national retailers such as Bravo Supermarkets, T-Mobile, Valvoline, Chicken Salad Chick, Hibbett Sports, Dunkin’ and Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers.
Before transitioning to brokerage, Mr. McNamara worked in the Property Management division with Liberty Universal Management, where he furthered his knowledge of the Orlando retail market and sharpened his problem solving and communication skills.
