Zach Cashin serves as a Senior Associate for Franklin Street’s Office and Industrial Services team based in Atlanta. Mr. Cashin specializes in facilitating the sale and leasing of industrial commercial real estate throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and surrounding markets. With a focus on building strong relationships with private equity investors and catering to a diverse clientele of occupiers, he aligns them with optimal real estate solutions.
Mr. Cashin joined the firm as an Intern in 2022 where he transitioned to a full-time role in 2023, bringing valuable market insights from his experience as an office sector analyst in the University of Alabama Real Estate Investment Fund’s inaugural class.
Mr. Cashin is a licensed salesperson in the state of Georgia.
