Professional Experience

Trenton Woehrle is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Institutional Services Group in Tampa, where he specializes in Land Investment Sales across the state of Florida. Trenton leverages Franklin Street’s collaborative platform to support the acquisition efforts of real estate developers and represents owners in the disposition of land assets. He also focuses on site selection services for multifamily developments.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Trenton earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. During his time at UF, he worked as a Market Research Assistant at the Bergstrom Real Estate Center, where he was published in the Center’s Due Diligence journal for his article on New York City’s Local Law 97. Additionally, he gained practical experience as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Wikle Real Estate Services, focusing on market research, transactional processing, and valuation for a commercial brokerage. Trenton is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.

In his free time, Trenton enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and surfing.
