Traci Konowal currently oversees approximately 800,000 rentable square feet of Class-A office space throughout Central Florida. As General Manager, Ms. Konowal produces monthly operational and financial reporting to all clients, annual budgets, and oversees direct administrative support to the Chief Engineers and the engineering staff. She works closely with her team, tenants, and vendors to maintain property objectives and directs the property staff in the implementation of management systems and strategies. She has extensive project management experience and is responsible for capital improvement projects, tenant construction, and building upgrades.
With several Energy Star-certified properties in her portfolio, Ms. Konowal has a wide knowledge regarding energy initiatives and is committed to sustainability. She received the 2011 U.S. Green Build Council (USGBC) Property of the Year award and was recognized as the lead team member for bringing the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings (LEED EB) building to Central Florida, while doing so at the Gold Level.
Ms. Konowal has been in the commercial property management industry since 2000. Prior to joining Franklin Street, she was Group Manager/Vice President with JLL where she earned several recognitions including the 2013 Magnet Award for client service, 2012 Regional Property Manager of the Year, and in 2011, she received the Green Star Award.
Ms. Konowal has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida. She is LEED Green Associate-accredited and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Florida, as well as a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
