Tobias Cohen is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Austin office, specializing in multifamily investment sales and development services. With more than 15 years of experience spanning development, investment, and brokerage, Cohen brings a data-driven perspective that helps uncover opportunities in emerging markets and submarkets.
Cohen began his career in commercial real estate development before founding and leading his own investment and brokerage companies. Over the course of his career, he has successfully taken multiple personal investments full cycle—managing acquisition, entitlements, redevelopment, and disposition. His diverse experience negotiating transactions across all major asset classes provides clients with a well-rounded, strategic approach to every deal.
Cohen has also served as President of the Young Professionals Network at the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and has been actively involved with the Urban Land Institute. Beyond real estate, he co-founded a private e-commerce business with international reach, expanding his expertise in operations, branding, and growth strategies.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.
