Tate Callahan is an Associate Producer with Franklin Street’s Insurance Services team, based in Tampa, FL. In his role, Mr. Callahan works alongside senior leaders Matthew Harrell and Blake Starbuck to provide tailored insurance solutions that help commercial real estate owners, investors, and operators protect their assets and maximize value. He supports the team in delivering comprehensive risk management strategies across multiple property types and markets.
Before joining Franklin Street, Mr. Callahan gained experience in commercial and residential real estate with various sales and marketing roles. His background provides him with a strong foundation in client service, deal execution, and risk management, which he applies to his work with Franklin Street’s diverse client base.
Mr. Callahan is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and a Minor in Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
