Ryan Wold serves as a Senior Associate for Franklin Street, where he provides investment, advisory and transaction services for multi-housing assets throughout South Florida. As part of the multifamily investment brokerage team, he represents investors in the acquisition and disposition of apartment assets in Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Wold served as Sales Agent for Gulfstream Commercial Realty, where he represented retail property owners in the marketing and leasing of a variety of shopping centers across South Florida.
Mr. Wold is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a licensed Sales Associate in the state of Florida.
