Ryan Bohls, Regional Managing Director of Franklin Street’s Austin office, is a fifth-generation Austinite and a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector with a wealth of two decades of industry experience. Throughout his career, Mr. Bohls has successfully overseen local operations for two prominent regional commercial real estate firms and played a pivotal role in the establishment of their Central Texas and New York-based Newmark offices.

Mr. Bohls features an impressive track record, having negotiated more than 400 real estate agreements, encompassing over 5 million square feet and achieving a cumulative transaction value exceeding $270 million. His portfolio includes marquee transactions such as facilitating Amazon’s original acquisition and subsequent expansion in Austin, launching Under Armour’s digital headquarters in the Central Business District, and orchestrating the disposition of Exxon’s 150-acre site, once considered a potential corporate beachhead.

The family’s ancestral cabins, now State of Texas Historical sites, stand as a testament to their longstanding presence in the region.
