Lori Land is our Integration and Procurement Specialist, where she is responsible for managing the seamless integration of new team members and overseeing SaaS procurement activities. In this role, she develops onboarding procedures, trains client service teams, and collaborates with various departments to ensure timely onboarding and application account setup. Additionally, Lori manages SaaS applications by maintaining subscription catalogs, tracking renewals, negotiating contracts, and troubleshooting user access across the company.
With her extensive experience as Director of Real Estate Services for Franklin Street, Lori brings a strong background in managing and training teams, creating training materials, and coaching team members. She excels in fostering collaboration between IT, vendor management, business lines, and support units to ensure operational efficiency. Her leadership and focus on continuous improvement make her a key asset in driving both integration and procurement processes forward.
