Hileman entered the real estate industry in the residential field before finding a passion for retail leasing through Franklin Street’s Accelerator Associate program.
She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
