David Hovis is an Associate for Franklin Street’s Office and Industrial Services Team in Tampa, Fla. In his role, he represents and advises clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and industrial real estate assets throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Hovis interned with Home Depot’s Corporate Real Estate Team in Atlanta. There he supported new retail developments around the United States as well as the Industrial Team. Mr. Hovis is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
