Leading Franklin Street’s Insurance Services Division in Atlanta, Director Dalton Melnyk brings over 10 years of risk management experience. At Franklin Street, Mr. Melnyk’s value is demonstrated by insuring large, nationally diverse commercial real estate portfolios, representing both private and institutional owners and managers with a primary focus on retail, habitational and hospitality. He also works with real estate developers in designing and implementing complex risk management programs for large real estate development projects, including Owner Project Specific placements, CIP’s, rolling CIP’s and complex Builder’s Risk placements.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Melnyk was a member of the Real Estate Practice in Atlanta for one of the nation’s largest insurance brokerages. He works with his team to help clients assess their needs, organize agency resources, structure competitive solutions, and ultimately, improve a portfolio’s operating income through reduced insurance costs.
