Professional Experience

Chris White serves as Market Leader – Office and Industrial Occupier Services for Franklin Street in Atlanta. His responsibilities include spearheading the launch of Franklin Street’s office tenant representation service line in Atlanta and assembling a team of professionals dedicated to advising occupiers across the region.

White serves as a trusted advisor and partner to clients and is a highly regarded and respected office tenant representative in Atlanta. He has extensive experience with real estate transactions, dispositions, workplace strategy, labor analysis, M&A integration, real estate portfolio optimization, project management, and economic incentive negotiations. His team takes a client focused approach to provide tailored solutions to help organizations create workplaces that support their people and business goals.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, White served as Vice Chairman and Market Leader for Savills where he successfully transformed Savills’ Atlanta office into one of the city’s preeminent tenant rep & occupier services practices. He also served as a top office tenant representative for Cushman & Wakefield from 1996-2014. White has successfully worked on some of the most significant and complex projects in Atlanta including clients such as Global Payments, Jones Day, the State of Georgia’s Department of Revenue, Worldpay, HNTB, Verint, Coke One, and Bondurant Mixon Elmore.

Throughout his career White has received recognition and awards for his work including being named by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as a Top 10 Atlanta Tenant Representative and the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Transaction of the Year. He is the founder of the CFO Forum, a best-in-class quarterly roundtable of thought leadership for CFO’s in association with Emory’s Goizueta Business School.

White has served as Chairman of the Board for Leadership Ministries, an Atlanta- based non-profit that seeks to equip men to be faithful leaders. He also served as a board member of the Atlanta Metro Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as Advisory Board Chair of Noble Clay; a non-profit organization focused on serving the less fortunate communities of Atlanta. White is a graduate of the College of Charleston earning a bachelor’s in history and business, obtained his M.B.A. from the University of Georgia and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Executive Education. He and his wife Jennifer have two daughters, Lindsay and Caroline, and live in Midtown Atlanta.
