Charlie Manuel serves as Director for Franklin Street’s Retail Investment Sales team based in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, Mr. Manuel’s primary responsibility revolves around assisting property owners in optimizing their returns. He achieves this by conducting comprehensive analyses of properties and submarkets and devising customized marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of each property and investor. Through his expertise and tailored approach, Mr. Manuel aims to ensure that owners maximize their proceeds from the sale of their retail assets.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Manuel served as Vice President at CBRE, where he forged strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners, developers, asset managers, brokers, and vendors within the commercial real estate sector. His expertise primarily lies in advising owners of commercial retail properties, overseeing transactions ranging from $2 million to $40 million in value.
