As a specialist in retail properties across the Southeast, Bryan Belk, Managing Director, provides maximized investment proceeds to his clients by preparing and executing detailed marketing plans, each tailored to the property and investor. Using his national database of more than 100,000 buyers and brokers, Mr. Belk and his team have helped institutions, developers and individuals achieve top market pricing while consecutively completing seamless transactions. Aligned with Franklin Street’s retail investment sales team, he has helped transact more than $2.5 billion for commercial real estate clients across the Southeast. Since starting his career, Mr. Belk has assisted the team in the closings of more than 700 properties.
Active in the commercial real estate community, Mr. Belk has received several awards including Franklin Street’s 2010-2022 Sales Achievement Award, the 2012 and 2014 award winner of the highly regarded Franklin Street Award, and multiple years of being the Top Producer in the Atlanta Office. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Young Atlanta Retail Alliance (YARA), and the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP).
Mr. Belk was also recently awarded Top 50 under 40 by GlobeSt Real Estate Forum.
EDUCATION
A graduate of North Carolina University, Mr. Belk has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Economics and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.
