Bronwyn Eyeington is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Services team in Tampa. In her role, Ms. Eyeington is focused on representing Tampa Bay’s leading retail owners and landlords in adding value to their properties by securing high-quality tenants.
Before joining Franklin Street in 2021, Ms. Eyeington gained experience in digital marketing and advertising with a global digital marketing agency. Through this experience she developed an entrepreneurial mindset along with expertise in business development and portfolio management, providing her with the ideal foundation to transition into retail leasing.
Ms. Eyeington is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a Master’s in International Business, along with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Minor in Sustainability, Real Estate and Retail. She is an active member of ICSC and a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida.
