Anthony Suarez specializes in the marketing and sales of retail assets for clients throughout Tampa Bay and the west coast of Florida. As a Senior Associate for Franklin Street Real Estate Services, he is responsible for conducting the underwriting for acquisition and disposition opportunities, performing financial modeling, and coordinating due diligence.
Mr. Suarez is a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. As a part of his undergraduate studies, he completed internships with commercial real estate firms in Tampa and Tallahassee, Florida. During his time at Florida State University, he served on the executive board of the Real Estate Society and led student teams attending International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI) conferences across the country and on corporate tours to major markets.
Mr. Suarez is an active member of ICSC, ULI, Tampa Bay Retail Alliance and Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay. He is a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida.
