As the Director of Data and Analytics Manager with Franklin Street’s Insurance Services Team, Andrew Condon manages and analyzes client data that helps our firm’s commercial insurance executives make informed decisions that result in better outcomes on portfolio renewals. This involves conducting analytical research to discover loss trends and better understand the risks and exposures associated with every property. Mr. Condon also works in collaboration with Franklin Street’s in-house IT experts to strategize on business development data initiatives.
Mr. Condon brings valuable business intelligence experience within the insurance industry to his role. Prior to joining Franklin Street, he worked for UPC Insurance where he served as the Software Release Manager. There, he oversaw the software development team for the claims department, while managing the implementation of new software and products from the initial planning phases through deployment.
