Alex Ostendorf serves as Director of Project Management for Franklin Street’s Atlanta office. In this role, he assists in overseeing and delivering commercial real estate projects, development services and managing projects, including exterior facelifts, interior remodels and design-builds.
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Ostendorf worked as an Exclusive Buyer Consultant at Mark Spain Real Estate, where he acted as an intermediary in negotiations between property buyers and sellers, generally representing clients on the acquisition side of the transaction in the Greater Atlanta area. He was recognized as the firm’s Buyer’s Agent of the Month multiple times during his tenure there. Mr. Ostendorf is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia.
