Alex Gerdak is an Associate for Franklin Street’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in Plantation, FL. Working alongside the senior leadership of Dan Dratch, Ryan Wold and Ethan Krauss, Mr. Gerdak will assist in the disposition of multifamily properties throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties in South Florida.
Mr. Gerdak recently completed the Accelerator Associate program at Franklin Street, where he gained in-depth knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and the company’s comprehensive services. Over two months, he enhanced his skills, learned the significance of Franklin Street’s core values—Collaboration, Integrity, Hard Work, Accountability, and Innovation—and discovered how to apply these values to benefit clients.
