Atlanta-based Vanguard Associates Holdings LLC acquired Battlefield Centre, a 214,400-square-foot center in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., from Battlefield Centre LLC, of Roswell, Ga. The tenants include Tractor Supply Company and Planet Fitness. Franklin Street stood in for the seller.
