Thor Equities Group has completed the $37-million acquisition of a 13-property, 402,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Tampa, FL from RS Tampa International. The buildings range in size from 5,500 to 78,700 square feet.
Pat Kelly and Brad Hutton of Franklin Street brokered the transaction on behalf of the buyer.
