Katy Figg, a commercial broker with Franklin Street, said she doubts that the issues with Corner Street Bakery revolve around a real estate issue as both were in prime locations for daytime customers.
“There’s no reason a restaurant shouldn’t work there unless its a concept or operation issue,” she said. ” I don’t think the real estate was the problem.”
