Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance LLC signed a seven-year lease for 9,973 square feet in the One President’s Plaza office building at 4902 Eisenhower Blvd. in Tampa, FL.
The three-story office building totals 93,163 square feet on 5.2 acres in the Westshore submarket. It was constructed in 1980.
Clay Womack of Franklin Street Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Research Management Corporation.
