The two-story, 130,449-square-foot multifamily property was constructed in 1974 on 15.5 acres in the Northeast Tampa submarket of Hillsborough County. At 260 units, there is a mix of 97 one-bedroom, 130 two-bedroom and 33 three-bedroom apartments spread across 18 buildings. The asset was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale.
