Franklin Street is proud to announce the appointments of Greg Eisenman and Nick Sanfilippo as Regional Managing Directors of the firm’s Atlanta office.
In this role, Eisenman and Sanfilippo are responsible for overseeing and growing all aspects of the firm’s business in the Atlanta market, including leasing, investment sales, capital advisory, insurance, project management and property management.
Additionally, in their roles, Eisenman and Sanfilippo will guide Franklin Street in a strategic growth initiatives, expanding the firm’s full-service capabilities, talent and market share across the office, industrial, multifamily, retail and healthcare sectors.
About Greg Eisenman:
As Regional Managing Director of Franklin Street’s Atlanta office, Greg Eisenman brings over a decade of experience to the retail real estate services business. In this role, he focuses on the representation of retail, restaurant and service occupiers, working with them in strategic growth and development through site selection, lease and purchase transaction and market planning.
About Nick Sanfilippo:
Nick Sanfilippo serves as Senior Vice President of Franklin Street’s Project Management Team in Atlanta. Mr. Sanfilippo organically started and built a best-in-class project management platform coupled with a highly talented team having the ability to execute development and construction projects flawlessly across the country. Mr. Sanfilippo has over 20 years of experience in building and leading project management teams, while consistently creating value for his clients ranging from new developments to redevelopment projects to programmatic store opening rollouts.
