As Senior Director for Franklin Street Insurance Services, Evan Seacat specializes in the insurance and risk management component of owning and managing commercial real estate for multifamily, office, shopping centers, and industrial warehouses. With a personal portfolio of more than 5,000 multifamily units and more than 2 million square feet of commercial property, he is committed to finding new and unique solutions for his clients’ needs, saving up to 20 percent on renewals with comprehensive review.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Seacat was a graduate and former basketball player of Northwestern University. Mr. Seacat has his Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a concentration in Sociology.
