Digital Marketing Manager

Franklin Street is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and five or more years of proven experience in digital marketing and advertising. Expertise and strategic ability to utilize all facets and distinct features across all social platforms (Instagram stories, posts and reels, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) are required to be successful in this role. Understanding of commercial real estate industry dynamics, market trends, and target audiences is preferred but not required.

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and implementing a digital marketing strategy (SEM and SEO) to augment and enhance public relations and traditional marketing efforts for Franklin Street. They will also design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and develop content for each channel to drive engagement and growth. They will collaborate with various team members to brainstorm ideas for digital campaigns and build a schedule for each element of the campaign. Once the campaign is published, the Digital Marketing Manager reviews and measures its performance and presents campaign results.

  • Create, execute and evaluate strategic online initiatives for social media and digital advertising across all platforms
  • Develop and execute strategies for SEO and SEM to increase organic search visibility and paid search performance, driving traffic and improving overall search rankings.
  • Develop and curate content across social channels
  • Lead marketing campaigns from inception through execution and implementation
  • Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
  • Create and build marketing metrics and reporting for campaign and overall performance
  • Negotiate advertising contracts
  • Collaborate with the lines of business and staff regarding marketing strategies and plans
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure the company’s digital assets are secure and compliant with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Adobe Analytics).
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve ROI and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Lead email marketing strategies by creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns. Segment customer lists for targeted communication and ensure emails align with overall marketing goals to drive engagement and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize performance.
  • Create and optimize customer journey maps to understand the various touchpoints customers engage with throughout their buying process. Enhance user experience and conversion rates by strategically aligning marketing efforts across these touchpoints.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the conversion funnel. Identify areas for improvement on landing pages, websites, and other digital assets to increase conversions and drive Conversion Rate Optimization RO

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
  • Five or more years of proven experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, programmatic advertising, and content marketing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.
  • Expertise and strategic ability to utilize all facets and distinct features across all social platforms (Instagram stories, posts and reels, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficient graphic design capabilities (InDsesign, Canva, Photoshop etc.) and able to work with graphic design team to provide innovative and exceptional digital design collateral.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate industry dynamics, market trends, and target audiences is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in website metrics and best practices
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing strategies and evaluate results
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
