Dynamic commercial real estate professional Julie Abolafia joins Franklin Street’s South Florida office as Director of Multifamily Investment Sales. She specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across South Florida.
Abolafia comes to Franklin Street with more than eight years of commercial real estate experience. During the last three years, she arranged the sale of more than 25 apartment communities throughout the tri-county area. Abolafia will work closely with other members of the firm’s Multifamily division, which is experiencing rapid growth under the leadership of Greg Matus, Franklin Street’s Regional Managing Partner, South Florida.

Abolafia graduated from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts. She is working toward completing the requirements for her CCIM designation.
