The Jacksonville office of commercial real estate firm Franklin Street has added three new professionals.

The recent additions bring the total number of team members in Franklin Street’s local office to 13. The brokerage last year announced its intention to significantly grow its presence on the First Coast.

The new hires include:

Mike Salik as director of industrial sales and leasing; Nate Bjorklund, senior associate for industrial investment sales; and Keith Wood as senior associate of the capital advisory team.

Salik holds a CCIM designation and has more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate. His past work experience includes Coldwell Banker Commercial in St. Augustine, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. At Franklin Street, Salik will focus on “industrial investment sales and leasing, land acquisition, development, and buildout for industrial owners and tenants,” according to information from the company.

Bjorklund holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska and has more than 20 years of experience in CRE. His past work experience includes Coldwell Banker Commercial in St. Augustine, KW Commercial, and Lund Commercial Real Estate in Denver. At Franklin Street, he will grow the company’s industrial business by representing owners, users and developers.

Wood joins Franklin Street’s capital markets and investment sales team after more than 15 years in the industry. He earned an MBA from University of North Florida and has previously worked at Stewart Title Guaranty in Jacksonville and Boston, and Coventry Development Corporation in New York.

Wood will manage debt and equity transactions on Franklin Street’s capital markets team.
