Mike Salik, CCIM, joined Franklin Street in 2022 as Director of Industrial Services in Jacksonville. In this role, he primarily focuses on industrial investment sales and leasing, along with land acquisition, development, and buildout for industrial owners and tenants.
Mr. Salik most recently served as a commercial investment broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial in St. Augustine. He has more than 25 years of real estate acquisition and disposition experience including 22 years of combined federal service between active duty and civilian service with the Navy and Department of Agriculture.
While serving, Mr. Salik led the privatization of more than 5,000 military homes at NAS Jax, NS Mayport and NS Kings Bay. He was also instrumental in property acquisition, expansions and modernization at bases across the Southeast that included acquiring more than 40,000 acres of federal property.
Mr. Salik earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation for commercial real estate professional in May 2021.
