An upcoming multifamily development in north Jacksonville recently secured financing and equity through Tampa-based commercial real estate broker Franklin Street.
Jacksonville-based Corner Lot Development Group’s Duval Crossing development, a 270-unit apartment complex, secured construction financing and equity through Franklin Street’s Laura Gonzales, director of capital markets, debt and equity origination.
“We are fortunate to have connected and partnered with the amazing developer, equity partner and lender with the common goal of developing a project that meets the needs of the growing Jacksonville community,” said Gonzales. “All parties were aligned on the vision for this project and share a mutual belief in its value potential.”
Located at 14200 Duval Road and just west of Interstate 96, Duval Crossing is a 13.5-acre development that will consist of 11 three-story buildings and units. Floorplans will consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
