With the market again perking up, Back Bay is part of a trend of converting, or in some case reconverting, rentals. Leading the way is New York City, where hundreds of rental apartments have gone condo as prices skyrocket.

Two South Florida Condominium Properties Sell for $12.6M

Franklin Street completed two bulk sales totaling 178 units recently. The Tampa-headquartered commercial real estate firm’s Regional Managing Partner Deme Mekras and Senior Director Elliot Shainberg represented the buyers as well as the sellers in the sale of Windward Lakes Condominiums in Pompano Beach, and Southwood Condominiums in South Miami-Dade.

Franklin Street Closes on Two Bulk Condo Sales in South Florida for $12.6 million

Franklin Street announces that it completed two separate bulk condominium transactions in South Florida involving a total of 178 units for $12.6 million. Franklin Street’s Deme Mekras and Elliot Shainberg represented the buyers and sellers in each deal.
