Franklin Street’s Greg Eisenman, Senior Director of Retail Services in Atlanta, has been recognized as a Q3-22 CoStar Power Broker for a recent deal with First Watch. Greg represented the national breakfast and brunch chain in leasing a 5,540-square-foot free-standing building at 5035 Winward Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The property, previously occupied by Chili’s, is well-situated in a popular retail corridor and neighbors a Walmart.
