Franklin Street’s Orlando Retail Leasing Team has been recognized in Costar’s Q3-22 “Power Broker” awards program for bringing a new restaurant concept to Baldwin Park Village Center
Katy Taylor, Senior Associate, and Terrence Hart, Senior Director, arranged a 7,384-square-foot lease with Sorekara, a chef-driven driven Asian-fusion restaurant, on behalf of landlord Tabani Group.
Baldwin Park is an upscale mixed-use development located approximately five miles east of downtown Orlando. The Sorekara lease brings the property to 100% leased.
