TAMPA, FL (December 9, 2022) – Franklin Street has expanded services for corporate occupiers of commercial real estate with the addition of Alice Grimm, Director of Lease Administration. Based in Tampa, she will work to grow Franklin Street’s lease administration platform nationwide, with a focus on creating customized programs that maximize efficiency, streamline operations and create value within clients’ real estate portfolios.
Grimm brings more than 20 years of experience from Highwoods Properties, where she served as a lease administrator and legal assistant. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive expertise in working with both landlords and tenants, and helping clients navigate the construction and disposition processes. She is highly knowledgeable in lease negotiation and execution, as well as auditing portfolios for risk and value.
