TAMPA, FL—In a market with that’s in the state’s top 10 for lowest industrial vacancy rates, Franklin Street is throwing down the gauntlet. The company just hired industrial guru Bryce Grafton to serve as director of industrial investment sales in its Tampa, FL office.

Grafton has more than 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties across the country.

“Bryce has deep connections across the country which will enable our industrial division to penetrate not only the markets in which we are already active, but key markets that do not yet know the Franklin Street brand,” says Andrew Wright, CEO of Franklin Street. “I’m extremely confident in his knowledge and business development strategies and am looking forward to seeing his career flourish with the Franklin Street platform.”

Before signing on at Franklin Street, Grafton served as CEO of Catalyst Development. There he helped investors reposition value-add assets.

While in this role, he personally raised more than $20 million in private capital to invest in real estate portfolios. Grafton began his career in land development, working in all phases of construction including selecting sites for profitability.

“Previously, I was responsible for the repositioning of value-add properties to manage and house several industrial long-term assets,” says Grafton. “Through the recession I was able to gain a lot of experience in several aspects of industrial real estate and now that the market has stabilized, I am able to utilize the skills I fine-tuned during that time.” Download PDF
