The fast-growing daytime café opened on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta in early December
ATLANTA (January 19, 2023) – Franklin Street has represented First Watch in leasing a 5,540-square-foot, free-standing building in Alpharetta, Georgia, a strong suburb of Atlanta situated approximately 25 miles north of the city’s center. The location, for which the lease was completed in May 2022, is Florida-based First Watch’s 16th eatery in the Greater Atlanta market and second in Alpharetta.
Franklin Street’s Greg Eisenman, Senior Director of Retail Services, helped procure the lease on First Watch’s behalf, as one of the nation’s leading breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurants continues to grow its successful Georgia presence.

Located at 5035 Windward Parkway, the building was previously a Chili’s restaurant and has been fully renovated to match First Watch’s signature light and welcoming aesthetic. Situated in a popular retail corridor, the building is an outparcel of a Costco Wholesale-anchored retail center and sits directly across from a Walmart Supercenter. The four-way signalized intersection between Windward Parkway and North Miami Street provides excellent visibility and access to a combined 75,000 vehicles per day.
First Watch at Windward Parkway features a rotating seasonal selection of innovative breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes, all made with the freshest ingredients. The café is open daily from 7 a.m. to 2p.m.
