Franklin Street Represents Atlanta-Based gusto! in Securing First Downtown Location

Franklin Street Project Management will oversee the build-out of the new space

ATLANTA (July 21, 2021) – Franklin Street has represented gusto!, an Atlanta-based, fast-casual dining group, in leasing its first downtown Atlanta location. Adjacent to Georgia State University, Woodruff Park and several of Atlanta’s most exciting new real estate developments, the quick-service restaurant will provide a convenient, high-quality, better-for-you dining option for those who live, work, visit and study in the downtown district.

gusto! Downtown will occupy 2,775 square feet on the ground floor of Ten Park Place, a historic office building at the corner of Edgewood Avenue and Park Place. The transaction marks the eighth lease Franklin Street’s Atlanta Retail Tenant Representation Team of Greg Eisenman, Jessica Branch, Zach Kerker and Marcus Thomas have arranged on behalf of gusto! over the last several years.

Franklin Street’s Project Management Team, led by Nick Sanfilippo and Eric Brown, is overseeing the build out of the new location. gusto! plans to open its doors before the end of the year.

With its central downtown location, gusto! will enjoy close proximity to Mercedes Benz Stadium, the Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park and State Farm Arena, as well as the $5 billion mixed-use Centennial Yards project and the redeveloping South DWNTN district.

Dave Smith with Joel & Granot Real Estate represented the landlord, Ten Park Place Partners, in the lease negotiations.
