Today, Franklin Street, a fully-integrated commercial real estate services firm that operates nationwide and is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, announced it has opened its Dallas office and recruited Chibuzor Nnaji as a managing director to lead its Dallas multifamily investment sales team. Nnaji joins Franklin Street’s Texas multifamily division that launched in February of this year. Dallas is Franklin Street’s 11th office, and the full-service firm will continue to add team members to cover all the product types and major asset classes.

Nnaji will work alongside Tyler Bynum, director of Dallas multifamily investment sales, and two associates, based in Dallas. Franklin Street will add team members to be based in Dallas across all its business lines—management, capital markets, leasing, and insurance—and asset classes as it identifies recruits that fit its culture and growth model.
