Jamie Swanson of Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate firm, negotiated a 10-year lease for Training Ground Fitness, a new gym in Orange Park. The 22,500 square foot space, located at 1564 Park Avenue, was formerly occupied by a Save-A-Lot grocery store. The gym is scheduled to open later this year.
